"We had a problem with our printer that I just couldn't figure out. I replaced the Fuser, the ink cartridge and even did a full maintenance with replacing the wheels and everything I could do myself. Kurt showed up within the hour and had us up an running in less then 30 mins. I don't usually need help with this, but if I do, I'll call Kurt Watson. Thank you Authorized Office Systems/Kurt"

I dropped off my printer and the next day they called to explain what they had done and that I could pick up my printer._The employee I dealt with was professional, courteous and polite. "5 Star-highly recommend- They fixed two of my professional canon printers. They took the time to take the units fully apart, analyze the problem, order the appropriate circuit boards, and repaired the units. All was done in a very timely manner and the cost was half of what I thought it would cost. Extremely reasonable. Kudos, job well done."
