"5 Star-highly recommend- They fixed two of my professional canon printers. They took the time to take the units fully apart, analyze the problem, order the appropriate circuit boards, and repaired the units. All was done in a very timely manner and the cost was half of what I thought it would cost. Extremely reasonable. Kudos, job well done."

"Going to pick up my printer today. If they got it fixed right then they've save me from having to buy a new $500 printer (Epson ET4550) UPDATE: Wife picked up the printer yesterday and it appears they saved me from having to buy a brand new printer just because of a small broken piece of plastic. They had to actually manufacture a piece to make it work, but even if I get a few more months out of it I think the $70 spent was well worth it!"
